Phyllis June Edwards

Phyllis June “Juney Bug” Edwards, 62, of Bowling Green died Monday, Feb. 6, 2017 at Tri-County Care Center in Vandalia.

Arrangements for cremation were under the direction of the James O’Donnell Funeral Home.

There are no services at this time.

Phyllis was born May 3, 1954, in St. Louis to Eldon Eufemus and Maybell Ellen Price Edwards.

Survivors include a brother, Eldon “Rusty” Edwards and wife, Karen A. of Hull, Ill.; a half brother, Ronald F. Yaggie and wife, Lisa of Jekyll Island, Ga.; and one half sister, Sharon Louise Yaggie of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by her nieces and nephews, Ava Terry Thomas and husband, Rob, John Paul Edwards and wife, Kerri, Eldon E. Edwards III; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents. and a brother, Kenneth Lynn Edwards.

June enjoyed playing the guitar and the harmonica and going out to eat. She was a Christian by faith.
