Robert ‘Buckshot’ Stewart

Robert C. “Buckshot” Stewart, 64, of Mexico, died unexpectedly Thursday, March 30, 2017 at St. Mary’s Hospital – Audrain.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday (today) at 2 p.m., at Arnold Funeral Home with the Rev. Bob Stanford officiating. There will be no visitation.

He was born on Nov. 7, 1952 in Mexico, the son of Carl Richard and Thelma Irene Terry Stewart. On Aug. 27, 1971 he married Gladys “Susie” Campbell in Farber.

In addition to his wife, Gladys “Susie”, he is survived by two sons, Scott Stewart and wife, Miranda of Thompson and Jeff Stewart and wife, Marsha of Benton City; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren and three sisters, Elizabeth Woot of Arizona, Judy St. George and husband, Dennis of Minnesota and Carla Grayer of Columbia.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He was a truck driver and had also worked for Jim Stubblefield refinishing antiques.
