Jack Shinn

Jackie “Jack” Shinn, 64, of Bowling Green died Monday, July 9, 2018 at his home.

His final wisheswere to celebrate his life by sharing memories with his family. Final services will be held at a later date.

He was born Jan. 1, 1954 at home to Lennie Virgil and Iantha Hasty Shinn.

He is survived by three sons, Clinton Shinn and Amanda Henderson of Reno, Nev.; Justin Shinn, Laddonia, and Tyler Shinn and Meaghan McKenna of St. Peters; three grandchildren, Caitlyn, Tyler, and Garrett Shinn of Reno, Nev.; brothers, sisters and in-laws, Elmer Shinn and wife, Carol of Frankford, Lois Richards, Center, Lannette Bird, Bowling Green, Neta Elder and husband, Harry Cleve, Frankford, Roger Shinn and wife, Stephanie, Bowling Green, Wayne Shinn, MO., Bryce Butler, Quincy, Ill.; Joe Brown, Texas, Barb Shinn, Bowling Green, Carl Shinn and wife, Nancy, Holts Summit; many nieces and nephews.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Mary Butler; brother-in-law, Marion Richards; sister and brother-in-law, Myrt and Morris Reid; sister, Ella Brown, sister and brother-in-law, Dottie and Jim Harrelson; and brother, Lennie Dale Shinn.

Memorial donations may be made to Pike County Home Health and Hospice.
