Lucinda ‘Cindy’ Humphrey

Lucinda “Cindy” J. Humphrey, 54, of Frankford died Thursday, July 26, 2018 at her home in Frankford.

Funeral services were held 12 p.m., Tuesday (today) at Bibb-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green with the Rev. Wes Philips officiating. Burial was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Bowling Green.

Visitation was 10 a.m.-12:00 p.m., Tuesday (today) at the funeral home.

Cindy was born June 16, 1964 in Kansas City, the daughter of Alfred Don and Mina Cross Skaggs. On Oct. 28, 1993 in Elsberry she married Arthur Nathaniel Humphrey III. He survives.

Other survivors include her mother; a son, Arthur Humphrey IV of Frankford; daughters, Jessica Cunningham and husband, Bill of Bowling Green, and Rebecca Martinek amd husband, John of Bowling Green; eight grandchildren, Taylor Smith, Alyssa Smith, Luke Cunningham, Aiden Humphrey, Brandon Martinek, Emma Martinek, Isabella Martinek, Mikey Scarlett – Willman; brothers, Kevin Skaggs and wife, Lori and Mitch Skaggs and wife, Robyn; sisters, Donnetta Locke, Mindy White and husband, Chris, and Amy Barnes and husband, Don; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father and step-father, Harold Herriman.

Cindy lived in St. Charles, Bowling Green and Frankford. She graduated from LPN school at Pike-Lincoln Vo Tech and was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

She worked for the Advantage Nursing Services as an LPN for 18 years. She loved fishing, music, her dogs, horses and spoiling her grandkids. Most of all her family was her life.

Pallbearers were John Martinek, Kevin Skaggs, Bill Cunningham, Ryan Skaggs, Leroy Butricks, Chris White, and Mitch Skaggs. Honorary pallbearers were Brandon Martinek, Aiden Humphrey, Luke Adams, Luke Cunningham, and Mikey Scarlett-Willman.
