Rebecca Krajewski

Rebecca A. Krajewski, 59, of Bowling Green died at her home Thursday, Sept. 20, 2018.

A private service to be held at a later date.

She was born in Columbus, Ind., Feb. 21, 1959 to David and Edith Corbin Stambaugh. Rebecca was raised in Oneida, Tenn., with her two siblings, Debbie and David.

After her graduation from high school, she worked at Yosemite National Park along with her girlfriend. She later moved to Tupelo, Miss., and this is where she met her soulmate, John Krajewski. The couple was married on July 3, 1988 in South Tillo, Miss. They were blessed with three children: Amanda, Kay and Tommy.

The family lived in Mississippi, Tennessee and Florida before moving to Missouri. Rebecca loved nature and enjoyed camping with her family. She liked all kinds of music and liked to cook for her family and friends.

In past years, she had volunteered for “Meals on Wheels” and various soup kitchens. Her friends affectionately called her “Mama BoBo”. She cherished each one of her family members and will be greatly missed and long remembered by all those who knew her.

Surviving are her devoted husband, John Krajewski of Bowling Green; her three children, Amanda Krajewski of Bowling Green, Kay Krajewski of Bowling Green, and Tommy and wife, Tesla Krajewski of Moscow Mills; her brother, David Stambaugh and wife, Marianne of Tulsa, Okla.; and her adoring grandchildren, Miranda, Brooke, Michale; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Debbie Stambaugh.
