William Byron Wyble

William Byron Wyble, 77, of Bowling Green died Monday, Oct. 22, 2018 at his home.

Graveside services were held at 2 p.m., Thursday at Green Lawn Cemetery in Bowling Green.

Bill was born Aug. 19, 1941 in Cyrene, the son of John Byron and Lorene Lockard Wyble.

He married Judy Meyers May 18, 1981. She survives.

Other survivors include children, Patty Johnson and husband, Randy of Eolia, Glenn Wyble and wife, Heidi of St. Peters, Dale Wyble and wife, Jennifer of Woodway, Texas, and Karen Morrison of Old Alexandia; step-children, Dena Nordyke and husband, Russell of Mexico, Tony Greenfield of Iowa; sisters, Doris Wyble of Elsberry and Nina Finnerly of Eolia; 13 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a nephew and two brother-in-laws.

Bill was a member of the Methodist Church at Oak Grove and graduated from Clopton High School. After graduation Bill served in the U.S. Army for two years.

He farmed, worked as a carpenter and millright until he retired in 2008. Bill liked tractors, making things out of wood and building and designing motorized items.
