Karen Murray

Karen Christian Murray, 62, of Bowling Green died peacefully in her home Monday, March 4, 2019.
A celebration of life was held from 4-7 p.m., Monday at Bibb-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green with a service being held at 7 p.m., with the Rev. Jason T. Doke, S.T.L. officiating.
Karen was born April 30, 1956 to John and Nadene Christian of Vandalia.
Survivors include her children, Elisha Koenig and husband, Clay of Bowling Green, and Reed Murray and wife, Ednita of Columbia; grandsons, Maxwell, Zachary, and Johnathan Koenig; granddaughter, (expected in May 2019), Adalea Murray; brothers, Harlon Christian and wife, Linda of Bowling Green, and Jim Christian of Curryville; and nephew, Brian Christian and wife, Angie; and great-nephew, Josiah Christian.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Nadene Christian.
Karen was a graduate of Van-Far High School and Patricia Stevens School of Fashion.
She loved fashion, warm summer days, gardening, and anything sweet. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and friends.
Memorials can be made to St. Clement School.
