Clifford Holtsman

Clifford Holtsman, 60, of Bowling Green died Thursday, April 11, 2019 at Hannibal Regional Hospital.
A celebration of life will be held from 4-8 p.m., Saturday at Broken P Arena, 11077 Pike 405 Bowling Green.
Cremation rites are being handled by Bibb-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
Clifford was born Aug. 5, 1958 in Louisiana, the son of Lloyd Paul and Opal Lovena Gann Holtsman. He lived in Louisiana until fifth grade when the family moved to Bowling Green.
Survivors include his father Lloyd Holtsman and step-mother, Louise Holtsman of Portageville; three daughters, Amy Deters of Bowling Green, Mandy Jo Burnett and husband, Shawn of Bowling Green, and Megan Hatton and husband, Casey of Stoutsville; nine grandchildren, Gabrielle Deters, Gavin Deters, Gracie Rose Deters, Kayden Burnett, Kamden Burnett, Kannon Burnett, Gracie Jo Hatton, Gage Hatton, Grant Hatton; a brother, Ron Holtsman and wife, Jane of Holts Summit; one sister, Nadine Lawson of Bowling Green; and a sister-in-law, Kelly Holtsman of Thompson.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Opal Holtsman Trower; step-father, William Trower; brother, Leslie Holtsman; and brother-in-law, Ray Lawson.
Clifford worked for Gunther-Nash, Galloway Limestone and Wayne B. Smith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, woodworking, deer camp with family and friends and most of all seeing his grandchildren.
He loved traveling around the United States with Gunther-Nash. Anyone who knew him knew he liked to shoot the “bull” with everyone and never met a stranger.
