Trower Arrested On DWI, Drug Charges

Faith Trower, 54, of Vandalia was arrested on Monday, May, 29, 2017 on charges of driving while intoxicated/drugs and failure to stop/yield. She was issued summons for the charges and given a date to appear in Audrain County Circuit Court. Individuals arrested or issued summons are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
