Garner Is Volunteer Of The Year

Clarksville Chamber of Commerce President Joanna Brock presented Ira Garner with the Volunteer of the Year award at the Board of Aldermen meeting on Dec. 20.

Garner was recognized for his hard work and dedication to the city of Clarksville.
