Betty Jane Johnson

Betty Jane Johnson, 84, of Bowling Green died Sunday, Jan. 27, 2019 at the Hannibal Regional Hospital in Hannibal.
Cremation rites are under the direction of Bibb-Veach Funeral Home in Bowling Green.
No services will be held at this time.
Betty was born July 7, 1934, the daughter of Harvey Walton and Ida Elizabeth Knock Howdeshell.
Survivors include a daughter, Marla Kuntz and husband, Jeff of Silex; grandchildren, Ami Schuckenbrock and husband, Ryan of Vandalia, Jenifer Miller and husband, Joshua of Silex, Tracy Kuntz and fiancée Bryan Mudd of Middletown, and Tina Sprague and husband, Rodney of Bowling Green.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Robert “Pete” W. Gast.
Betty lived in Bowling Green most of her life and was a Bowling Green High School graduate.
She worked for Ameren UE as well as the telephone office in Bowling Green for many years.
Betty enjoyed reading, bowling and doing crossword puzzles. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
