Darren Mathews

Darren Mathews, 22, of Eolia died Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2019.

Visitation was Friday from 4-8 p.m., at McCoy-Blossom Funeral Homes & Crematory in Troy.

He was born April 24, 1997 in St. Louis to Charles and Regina Henry Mathews.

He is survived by two sisters; Monica Mathews of Troy, and Alivia Henry of Troy; grandparents, Judy Henry of Troy, Linda Moore of Troy, and James Johnson of Troy; great-grandmother, Elizabeth Sumpter of Troy; uncle, Brian Henry of Alaska; two aunts, Michelle Henry of Troy, and Christina Sanders of Troy; two nieces, Mya Cronch, and Malia Cronch; fiancee, Molly Linhardt of St. Peters; his three dogs, Manson, Roach, and Shooter; many other rel-atives and friends.

Darren was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, Michael Henry, and Charles F. Mathews; and his step-mother, Amanda Mathews.
Darren had worked as a lumber yard worker at Hackman Lumber in St. Peters. He loved music and play-ing guitar. He was a gun enthusiast.
