obit1Allie F. Riffle, 28, of Vandalia as the result of an automobile accident in the late afternoon of Friday, Nov. 6, 2009 on a rural Pike County gravel road. 
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m., Tuesday (today) at the Elsberry Cemetery with Pastor Sammy Lorton officiating. Interment was in Elsberry Cemetery.
Visitation is Tuesday (today) from noon-2 p.m., at Waters Funeral Chapel in Vandalia.
He was born Nov. 29, 1980 in Troy, the son of Kenneth L. Riffle and Patricia M. Riechard.

Allie attended area schools and after school worked at the New Florence Wood Products Factory. He later worked for the Arborow Tree Service out of Mexico. Allie enjoyed fishing, boating, designing and doing tattoos.
Survivors include his mother, Patricia Ingram and husband, Thomas of Vandalia; his father, Kenneth Riffle and wife, Tina of Elsberry; special friend, Vickie Norris of Vandalia; one son, Blake Andrew Riffle of Vandalia; two brothers, Michael T. Riechard and wife, Tamra of Hannibal, Justin L. Riffle of Vandalia; paternal grandmother, Virginia Riffle of Elsberry; one step-brother, Shawn Ingram of St. Louis; four step-sisters, Carmen Hamilton of Queen City, Angel Morrison of Louisiana, Brandy Party of St. Charles and Amanda Robertson of Elsberry; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Rodney Riffle; maternal grandparents, Frank Riechard Jr. and Delores English.
Pallbearers will be Michael Riechard, Justin Riffle, Keith Conklin, Timothy Riffle, Phillip Rodney Riffle and Will Jennings.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged to the family, c/o Waters Funeral Home, P.O. Box 84, Vandalia, MO 63382-0084.
