John Lloyd Norman

John Lloyd Norman, 61, of Bowling Green died Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at his home.

Bibb-Veach Funeral Home is in charge of the cremation.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

John was born May 28, 1956 in Mt. Clemens, Mich., the son of Lloyd Clarence and Anne D. Kolb Norman. On Dec. 14, 1985, he married Lynn Jane Townley. She survives.

Other survivors include two daughters, Amy Remick and husband, Mark, Emma Norman and fiancé Shawn Stengel; two grandchildren, Addison Remick, Brayden Remick; four brothers, Tom McKinzie and wife, Dottie, Jim McKinzie and wife, Brenda, Mike Norman and wife, Cindy, Charlie Norman and wife, Joyce; two sisters, Louise Reidelberger and husband, Jim, Debbie Norman Lloyd and husband, Elwyn; brothers-in-law, Glenn and Steve Townley; nieces, nephews and many close friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

John grew up in St. Charles and lived in Bowling Green for the last eight years. He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. John enjoyed hunting, playing golf, traveling, camping, riding motorcycles and farming as a hobby. Most of all, John loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
