Martinsburg grain dealer Cathy Gieseker, 45, has reached a plea agreement on state charges but has not been signed.
The Missouri Attorney General’s Office is handling prosecution of the case which is declining to discuss the details of the plea.
On June 16 a court hearing will be held in Warrenton where a judge will decide whether to accept the plea agreement.
Gieseker is currently serving a nine-year term at a federal prison in Kentucky. She pleaded guilty to federal mail fraud charges in November after defrauding 179 farmers out of a millions of dollars in a grain selling scheme (similar to a Ponzi scheme).
