Rachel Kohl celebrated her 110th birthday Friday, June 28, with a small family dinner at her home in rural Vandalia. The following day she attended the Branstetter reunion where she enjoyed homemade ice cream and cake, visiting with the approximately 130 family members gathered there, and the beautiful fireworks display which ended the day.
The Pike County Democratic Club donated $500 June 28 to Clarksville United Methodist Church.
